We serve our famous steamed Bao buns , (Taiwanese street food) from a self contained pop up, with its own gas supply we can set up literally anywhere!

The Bao buns are available as a choice of three, Taiwanese BBQ pork, Chilli chicken, Courgette & ginger, all served in a fluffly folded steamed bun with lightly pickled carrot & spring onions

we also have vegetable spring rolls with sweet chilli

crispy squid with plum & ginger 

katsu curry noodles

Indonesian coconut curry with steamed jasmine rice

steamed vegetable gyoza, tonkatsu sauce

stir fried squid in black bean sauce 

plus many other options so you we can design a menu to suit your needs 

(we also stock traditional soft drinks to suit the cuisine, iced strawberry & mango tea, etc)

For weddings and corporate events where your guests are not paying themselves, we can hand you tokens for your guests to "spend" with us.
