Here's my delicious onion roll recipe !

The smell from this bread is absolutely amazing , it's a no fuss simple bread recipe, and can be cooked in a muffin tin, you can even make it up the day before needed and then bake fresh
1kilo strong white flour
30g salt
40g onion powder
60ml of good olive oil
20g dried yeast
600ml tepid water
Combine the dry ingredients in your mixer bowl
Combine the wet and yeast in a separate bowl stand 2 mins
Add the wet to dry slowly , on slow mixer speed with dough hook, once thoroughly mixed increase the speed for 8 mins
Transfer the dough to a bowl and cover with a cloth until double, then gently knock back the dough, cut into x24
Shape and prove again in your muffin tin until almost double (at this point you can wrap and refrigerate until next day for improved flavour and texture)
Bake at 200c for approx 14mins until golden , dust with flour and enjoy
